A court-appointed expert can then examine matters such as the existence and cause of defects and the work required to remedy them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For valuable historic vehicles, it is particularly important that the expert has appropriate experience with classic cars and, where necessary, with the specific vehicle type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International Owners \u2013 Do I Need to Come to Germany?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not necessarily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many initial steps in a dispute with a German workshop can be handled remotely.
